Heidi Masucci runs all day-to-day operations at Moss Acres, handling all customer inquiries, technical questions, moss garden project requests, and specifications for landscape design and architecture projects and green roof projects.

With Moss Acres from its beginning, Heidi, a Master Gardener, combines her love of gardening with a knowledge of moss botany and growth habits to provide valuable advice to customers and moss enthusiasts. She brings a depth of experience in public service as a former LPN and an entrepreneurial spirit as a former business owner to provide superior and knowledgeable customer service. Heidi also contributes a multitude of product development ideas to the Moss Acres business.
