Moss Acres is confident that you will be highly satisfied with the quality of our moss and accessory products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept return shipments for accessory products at any time within 30 days of shipment, and moss returns shipped back to us within 24 hours following customer's receipt of shipment- during summer months the moss can overheat inside the boxes, so we need to make sure it is sent back immediately.

We do require that all live moss products be shipped in such a manner that they are in transit no more than 2 days, and that they are shipped with at least 2 re-frozen or new freezer/cold packs per box.

Shipments should be sent back on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays (Thursdays if overnight service is being utilized). We will not credit moss returns that have sat with a shipping company over a weekend.

Upon receipt of returned products, customers will be credited the full amount of their purchase price less shipping
